Master of Counselling
Our top-notch program, Master of Counselling from Monash University is back! With updated curriculum and structure, the program has been rejuvenated with more interesting and practical topics. It has a dedicated unit focused on Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT). These therapies will enable you to work with clients’ mental-health issues that arise across the lifespan.

Build up practical skills experientially
The placement gives students the opportunity to apply theory to practice in clinical settings under expert supervision. This is a cornerstone of the program that bridges the gap between academic learning and practical application. Through the placement experience, students develop their skills in communication, empathy, active listening, and counselling interventions, and they learn how to tailor these to the unique needs of individual clients. Kaplan HK has an experienced dedicated Program Manager advising students on placement.
Accreditations by ACA, PACFA
Graduates can be admitted as a registered counsellor at Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and also at Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
